How to Pronounce the Letter S

Relax your mouth. Place the tip of your tongue close to the back of your teeth, without touching them. Gently blow air between your teeth, and make a hissing sound.

The tip of the tongue does not touch the roof of the mouth or the back of the front teeth when pronouncing the letter s.
