Instructions to the English teacher
Get the students to alternate roles.
Pre teach:-
- Excuse me. - To get somone's attention.
- Do you have...? / Have you got...?

| Student 1 | Thank you. |
| Student 2 | You're welcome. |

Extension -
Bring in a clock and set the hands to different times for student 2 to use. Only use times that have already been taught.
If you think your students are ready you could show the difference between "Have you got the time?" and "Have you got time to ...?
