The Present

Present Continuous - "I am running for my life!"

Present Simple - "I usually run every day."

The Future

Future Continuous - "I am running in the London marathon next week."

Future Simple - "I think I'll have to run for the bus."

Future Perfect Simple - "As long as we finish, we will have run well."

Future Perfect Continuous - "This time next week they'll have been running together for ten years."
